One of Alyssa's favorite healing modalities is breathwork. Breathwork is just working with the breath; taking conscious control over your breath to take conscious control over your life. It can simply be used to create a connection with the body and help to regulate the nervous system, and we can also use breathwork to go on deeper and longer journeys, releasing stored emotionality and trauma that has been held within the system.

How We Do It
As a trauma-informed facilitator and coach, Alyssa will guide you on a journey that is just right for where you are in this moment. Alyssa co-creates a safe container, allowing you to open up and tap in. Using pacing and titration, she actively resists re-traumatization. Each session is designed to take you a little deeper as you progress through your healing journey.
