We use a powerful healing modality, breathwork, which is purely utilizing the conscious breath to bring calm and stillness back into our lives. It can simply be used to create a connection with the body and help to regulate the nervous system. We can also use breathwork to go on a deeper and longer journey, releasing stored emotionality and trauma that has been held within the system.

How We Do It
As a trauma-informed facilitator and coach, Alyssa will guide you on a journey that is just right for where you are in this moment. Alyssa creates a safe container, allowing you to open up and tap in. Using pacing and titration, she actively resists re-traumatization. Each session is designed to take you a little deeper as you progress through your healing journey.
